2️⃣Crunches x 20 reps
3️⃣Leg Raise x 20 reps
4️⃣Planking x 30 seconds
| H.I.I.T. Routine |
Do 3 sets of:
1️⃣Mountain Climbers x 15 seconds
?Rest x 10 seconds
2️⃣High Knees x 15 seconds
?Rest x 10 seconds
3️⃣Up & Down Plank x 15 seconds
